Body Combat. 

The one exercise that I could never get bored of, and would always recommend to everyone who loves a good cardio kick.

There's just too much that's good about it:


  • You burn 700 calories (at least) in every one-hour session
  • You learn basic moves to kick ass
  • The violence only happens in your mind, you do not touch anyone physically
  • You strengthen upper body & lower body muscles
  • You improve on your body coordination
  • You work your muscles like a bitch
  • You feel super sexy & sweaty by the end of it



If you don't know where to start, going to the gym that has a LesMils programme would be the best step. You need to work this out in a class, it's all very fun especially with very motivating (and good looking) instructors taking the lead.




Try it, you'll love it as much as I do! There's nothing sexier than a girl who can throw a few good punches, hooks and kicks. ;)
