Found something really cute from my Fitblr community. The best gift you could gift yourself (or your boyfriend/husband) without any cost, is a Christmas booty!

It's basically a series of squats you need to do per day. It's designed to slowly build you up from the month's beginning to the month's end. Towards Christmas, you gotta step it up with 100 squats per day. By then, it should be pretty easy peasy for you if you've kept to the schedule.

It's fairly simple & easy. Just a mere 15-20 minutes a day for all your squats.
