Just happened to come across this adorable illustration for some of the most basic moves in yoga. Other than yoga, we use these poses too for cool-down after a good Crossfit workout. I pretty much believe that these moves are great for anything that requires a good stretch and not just limited to yoga. You can even use this sequence after a long day at the office, to stretch your taut muscles (read about why stretching is important!). Have a go today and feel better!
