Smoothies make the perfect breakfast meal replacement. Especially for those like me who do not like to eat big for breakfast (with the exception of any big breakfasts that comes with bacon), smoothies are the way to go for a healthy and yet filling boost for the day.

Also, stop throwing your money away at juice outlets, paying more money than you should for simple smoothies that you can make at home for less, with no added sugar. All you need are the right recipes for the right functions to suit your day-to-day.
