Like Bob Marley sings, "In every life we have some trouble, When you worry you make it double, Don't worry, be happy..."
It takes a lot to be happy these days, but really, it's all in the heart. When you allow you heart to be happy, you will feel happy. Sounds easier than it really is but when you've mastered the art of happiness, nothing can stand in your way. :)
