Well, it's to tell all of you to stop the poaching by NOT buying tiger products (fur, bone, teeth, meat etc) because when there is no demand, the poaching of tigers have no value, and it will stop.
And this drawing with its lack of outlines is showing how the tiger is blending into the background. Soon, it will start to disappear, stripe after stripe until there is no tiger left.

This is just the beginning. There are still hope for the tigers so please, save our beautiful jungle felines; Save the Tigers.
