Sunday, February 20, 2011I have been terribly busy lately, hence the slow flow of updates. But here's some new art. :)
Nymphe.
I started out working on this based on a lake princess theme, gave her a head of blonde hair with roses in it. Then I decided to give her a rebel edge and added purple & pink streaks into her hair. Now I’m contemplating on adding a tattoo on her thigh. A frog maybe? (or perhaps something more edgy?)
I'm pretty glad I didn't keep her blonde. Those purple pink streaks really grew on me. I love it. :)
The lily pad was a last minute addition too, if you noticed, it wasn't in the earlier sketches.
