Most people are open to it these days, but how far would you go with a tattoo since it's permanent, and unless you want some painful skin-lasering, it's gotta be something you can live with for the rest of your life.
I'm usually into more simple designs. I do not like tribal designs (though I think the right sort of tribal on guys look really nice) and I really dislike messy, badly drawn tattoos. Which was why I chose to have a simple design of eight sparrows-in-flight done on my back shoulder.
Despite my dislike for über complicated, messy tattoos; I came across a dude who did his full-body tattoo in a way that I don't think anyone else would even try.
I really don't know who he is, but seriously, salute!
There's just something really beautiful and haunting in that exposed-internal design of his. I simple love what he had done with his face, maybe because I have a love for drawing this in my Sugar Skull artworks. So far, I have two in that series.

Despite my fascination, I would never really do anything as radical as this. I'd simply go with animal tattoos or a line of script, but that's about it. :)
