"ink & water"

Wednesday, May 11, 2011

I'm a sucker for beautiful, clean & simple desktop wallpapers and just the other day I discovered a whole set of 6 beautiful wallpapers. They were so beautiful, I had my Mac change the image every 15 minutes, just so I can have a fresh image to admire every time my eyes need a break from work.

Have you ever wondered what ink really looks like underwater, in still motion?
Beautiful, that's what it looks like.

Such an experiment that was created & shared by the amazing Alberto Seveso from his Disastro Ecologico experiment series. I love creatives who share their beautiful work with the world, and he's even giving everyone free downloads of all 6 of his beautiful work so that we can beautify our desktops. Not only that, you can even use it on your iPhone or even your iPads just to snazz things up a little.

These are 3 of my favorites from the 6. To download, do visit his portfolio on Behance, the download link is right at the bottom of the page. Show some love by clicking the 'Appreciate This' button as well (right below the download link), it only takes 1 second.

Have a beautiful week ahead of you.
