Giveaway: MAC Magnetic Attraction

Thursday, January 15, 2015

First giveaway of the year is here!

And it is a beautiful, marble eyeshadow from MAC's Heavenly Creatures Mineralize Eyeshadow range. It's an oldie but a goodie. I love it because the marble design combines a myriad of different colored minerals that create a beautiful metallic effect when applied onto the skin. I have a spare sample set to give away, so read on to see what this product can offer.

This color is dubbed Magnetic Attraction, from the range of nine other colors. It is one of the more vibrant colors, a coppery coral-red with subtle golden shimmer. It has good pigmentation that shows off the swirls of raspberry pink, golden yellow, and coppery orange beautifully. I would suggest it for fun nights out, dinner dates and even subtle enough for close family affairs.

Watch the shimmers shine!

Here's a beauty hack I learnt when I tried out this shimmer. Using a kabuki brush, just swipe slightly and apply in one swiping motion across your cheekbones. Just one swipe will do. It will add a nice shimmery highlight to your cheekbones. I know it's an eyeshadow, but I find that if you can make the most out of this, might as well. It's a 2-in-1 without even trying!

Interested? Well, step right in and give it a go. I've decided to use this 'randomizer' app that is way more convenient for winner selection. Who knows, you might just win it! Make sure your entries maintain the hashtag #mishXmac so that I can check and verify the winner (open to anyone with a Malaysian address).

The contest ends on 23rd January 2015, winners will be notified by email. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

    1. It is, isn't it? But yes, it does make a lovely highlighter, especially those with subtle shimmers.
